Write a form of rhyming poetry known as the kyrielle format. A kyrielle is written in quatrains (a stanza consisting of 4 lines). Each quatrain must have a repeating line or phrase as a refrain (usually appearing as the last line of each stanza). Each line within the poem consists of only eight syllables - see example link below. There is no limit to the amount of stanzas.
The allergy attack
Pollen greets me as I step out
Sneezing my brains out tears in eye
Tormenting beasts chases me
Who left the figging door open
Huffing puffing I run inside
Allergies make life living hell
Nature conspiring against me
Who left the figging door open
Eyes swollen red nose stuffed and clogged
Tissues depleted what the f*ck
Someone is going to pay for this
Who left the figging door open
Now sneezing boogers all over
Making mess is what I do best
Looking like beast from bowels of hell
Who left the figging door open
